The Blakkstone Hexx Rider outlines the requirements for both indoor and outdoor performances. When hiring the band the following shall be provided by the Hirer:

 

1) Shelter from all aspects of weather during performance and breaks.

2) Food and Drink.

3) A 16 foot by 16 foot stage area or stage atleast 10 inches tall with a weight capacity rating of 100 lbs per square foot or which is suitable for Live Music usage as deemed by your provider.

4) Adequate Electricity which is easily accessible to the stage area. A minimum of four 15 amp 120 VAC circuits and 4 duplex recepticles. If using Generator power a minimum of two 5000 watt Generators located behind the stage and out of plain sight of the performance with adequate sound barrier to prevent noise interferance. Fuel for the Generators is to be managed by the Hirer.

5) A Change Room or area which is adequatly private.

6) Leasure area for breaks and pre/post show time.

7) Non refundable deposit to be recieved and processed one week before the event date.

8) Balance of payment to be presented to band representative before show commencment. Cash is preferred. If paying by cheque a prior discussion is required.

9) The Stage area is to be occupied by Band Members and Band Assistants only. Any other persons requiring the use of the stage must obtain prior approval.

10) Security must be presant or Responsible Contact(s) must be established for croud control and to prevent theft or damage of any and all Band Gear or harm to any Band Member or Band Associate.

11) Cool water, meals, and refreshments are to be supplied by the Hirer.

12) 8 Guinness Tall Cans and 2 2l's or Dr. Pepper
